The presented article discusses and proposes a solution to the problem of lonely and of disabled patients with limited mobility who need treatment with programmed hemodialysis. According to the results of the survey of patients on programmed hemodialysis, a typical portrait of CKD patient with limited mobility who was on dialysis was identified. They are mostly 66-year-old man or 65-year-old woman. Of all the respondents undergoing the HD procedure, 92% have concomitant diseases and 80% of them use the transportation service to the hemodialysis procedure. It was confirmed that if there was an opportunity to live in a habilitation with all social services and HD without transportation, 21% of the respondents with limited mobility would like to take advantage of this. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey of CKD patients with limited mobility who are on HD, it can be concluded that there are at least 60 patients in Moscow (1.5% of the total number of patients on programmed hemodialysis) who live alone, have an income below average and do not have children and relatives. They are ready to live in a social institution with HD and are ready to pay 75% of their average income for this.
