Aim. Determination of diagnostic significance of laboratory markers of haemosthasis panel in prognosing of progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Methods. 2-year prosperctive cohort observational study included 90 patients (age 18-55 years) with CKD: 50 patients with chronic mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis and 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy. Markers of coagulation, fibrinolysis and anticoagulation were assessed.
Results. Markers of haemosthasis were divided into 2 clasters. Changes of parameters, included into 1st claster (activated partial thromboplastin time, prothombin time, thrombin time, levels of antithrombin III, von Willebrand factor, endothelin-1 and D-dimer) were associated with high relative risk of (RR=7,4; 95%: 3,4-15,9) depression of renal functional reserve >30% in next 2 years.
Conclusion. Parameters of haemosthasis could be used for prognosing of progression of chronic kidney disease.
