ХБП занимает третье место среди хронических патологий по смертности и вызываемым осложнениям. Проблематика ХБП носит не только медицинский, но и экономический характер. Гиперлипидемия, артериальная гипертензия, минерально-костные нарушения – это те факторы, которые хорошо поддаются контролю и лечению на ранних стадиях заболеваний почек. Ранняя диагностика и своевременное лечение осложнений способствуют не только улучшению качества жизни, но и снижению инвалидизации, смертности и экономических затрат.
В данном литературном обзоре представлены проблемы ранних стадий ХБП и проанализированы исследования последних лет.
