Здоровье почек для всех: забота о людях, защита планеты
Современная модель лечения заболеваний почек, ориентированная на поздние стадии заболевания и гемодиализ в стационаре, является бесперспективной из-за высоких затрат, негативного воздействия на окружающую среду, плохих результатов лечения и снижения качества жизни. Признание 78-й Всемирной ассамблеей здравоохранения заболеваний почек серьезной угрозой для здоровья предоставляет критическую возможность перестроить систему лечения. В соответствии с этим, тема Всемирного дня почек 2026 г. «Здоровье почек для всех: забота о людях, защита планеты» призывает к системным изменениям. Устойчивая модель должна отдавать приоритет ранней диагностике и профилактике, снижая потребность в заместительной почечной терапии. Трансплантация и домашний диализ приносят пользу людям с почечной недостаточностью, окружающей среде и обществу. Сам диализ должен стать более экологичным, не снижая при этом качества лечения, учитывая, что планетарные изменения,Раймонд Ванхолдер, Дина Абделлатиф, Аугусто Сезар Соарес Дос Сантос мл., Рикардо Корреа-Роттер, Натараджан Гопалакришнан, Билл Ван, Стефанос Румелиотис, Алессандро Бальдуччи, Агнес Харис, Манджуша Ядла, Ли-Ли Сяо
в свою очередь, влияют на здоровье почек. Следует также рассмотреть консервативное лечение, особенно для пожилых и ослабленных пациентов, если преимущества для качества жизни перевешивают преимущества, предлагаемые диализом. Достижение этих изменений требует скоординированных действий всех заинтересованных сторон: просвещение и вовлечение общественности, политиков и медицинских работников в повышение осведомленности об угрозе заболеваний почек, срочный переход к пациент-ориентированному подходу в оказании медицинской помощи.
