Новые железосодержащие фосфат-связывающие препараты в коррекции гиперфосфатемии у больных хронической болезнью почек

В обзоре суммированы сведения о новых железосодержащих фосфат-связывающих препаратах, которые по эффективности и безопасности не уступают другим фосфатбиндерам.
Использование оксигидроксида железа (Velphoro) снижает уровень фосфора в сыворотке, существенно уменьшает лекарственную нагрузку, улучшая комплаентность больных к проводимой терапии и ее результаты, а железа цитрат повышает запасы железа в организме, снижая затраты на лечение анемии у больных ХБП.
