Роксадустат: лечение анемии и дополнительные клинические эффекты (обзор литературы)

Статья посвящена имеющемуся на сегодня опыту применения первого препарата для лечения анемии из группы ингибиторов фермента пролилгидроксилазы, индуцируемого гипоксией фактора (Hypoxia-Inducible Factor Prolyl Hydroxylase Inhibitor [HIF-PHI]), – роксадустату. В обзоре кратко изложены сведения о роли индуцируемого гипоксией фактора (HIF) в поддержании адекватного эритропоэза, механизме действия ROX, обеспечивающего клинический эффект в отношении ренальной анемии. Приведены основные результаты крупных клинических исследований III фазы и мета-анализов, написанных на их основе, касающихся лечения анемии у пациентов с хронической болезнью почек, в т.ч. диабетического генеза, как на додиализном этапе, так и на заместительной почечной терапии. Также представлены выявленные к настоящему времени плейотропные эффекты роксадустата, которые целесообразно учитывать при назначении препарата для лечения анемии и которые в будущем могут быть использованы как новые терапевтические подходы в отношении целого ряда заболеваний.
